The Nyche Designs Bed Sheet Grippers Keep Sheets Snug (Set of 8)

I am testing these little devices as I type this. It takes a bit of hand strength to get started but once you do you can feed the rest through. The difficulty of application is the purpose of the device. I am bedridden so my sheets get a lot of movement and twisting when the pain is really bad and the puppies playing on my bed. So far they are holding quite well. I have the best set I ever had sold back in 1985, entirely different method and material but very effective but they are no longer sold anywhere that I can find, even searching vintage household items.My husband has great difficulty putting those straps on the sheets (he is not good with garters on nylons) and I cannot be without them as any wrinkles in my sheets feel like razor blades cutting through my feet and legs and I get no sleep at all. I can attach the old ones with one hand though. I purchased these to see if hubby can apply them easier since he has acquired all those jobs I used to be able to do. He had less difficulty putting them on so these will probably take the lead in the preferred sheet restraining device.I want to find them in different colors as these beige ones on black sheets just slap you in the face. Since I am always in bed they are never hidden beneath blankets and bed covers. The color does not detract from function but I kept a star anyway.

Like other reviewers have said, these are an absolute PAIN to get on but once they're on the sills on your bed, they don't come off, PERIOD. The upside to this is that whatever you're holding down with these grips, isn't going anywhere. The downside is having to ever take them off and put them back on. I'm currently using them to hold my mattress protector in place (it has 15" pockets, my mattress is ~12") and it's holding the protector in place like Liam Neeson in Taken.

This is a good deal if you have the right mattress for it. I have owned and used this type before and thought they were great. However, this time I wanted them for a crib mattress and it didn't have enough of a "lip" on the edge of the mattress for these to hold. Not a fault of the product, but just FYI for others. I kept them anyway for use in the future on other beds.

Had these years ago and loved them. Lost them when we moved so had to buy new. Am sure it is the equivalent product but we do have a new mattress. So this is more about the mattress than the product....If your mattress does not have pronounced and properly positioned (not slightly underneath the mattress) cording, try a different solution.

I bought these for a microfiber mattress pad/cover that bunched up every night. They are extremely hard to put on. I don't think I'll be able to take them off easily when I need to wash the pad. They are holding the cover on securely - exactly what I wanted them to do. I'd give them a 5 star rating if they weren't so difficult to put on.

A pain in the butt to put on! Don't really have any give to open wider for better application. But hey , after three hours of fitting them to get on my sheet is STILL on the bed. I toss and turn all night and was tired of waking up wrapped in my FITTED sheet :/ probabem solved it guess.

These clamp onto the mattress fabric bead, and if you have a thick pad and thick sheets you might have some trouble getting them to slide on smoothly, but once they're on the sheets stay put. Definitely worth the effort if you're a mobile sleeper. I like them because you don't have to lift the mattress to put them on, and don't have to fish around for some elastic that shot into the void. Highly recommended, as this brand is high quality.

they help to keep the sheets in place and to where when you get up at night you have lost the fitted bed sheet onto the mattress. if they could come in colors that would be great other than that they are the best i've come across.
