Very good at holding smaller pieces in place on dehydrator trays so that they do no fall to the bottom. Easy enough to clean and dry quickly after washing.

I have been searching high and low for a size that would fit my dehydrator because unfortunately the brand does not make its own. I bought these and just cut them down a little further to fit my machine. I use these when I am roughly grinding up garlic to make garlic powder and when I want to dehydrate fruit or veggies that I know will fall through the grates. Would definitely recommend this product.

No issues with food sticking to the matts. Easy to trim with scissors to get to correct size of dehydrator trays.

Perfect for for the machine I bought so that smaller items don't fall through. I've been dehydrating herbs from my garden all summer long and I love these. Definitely recommend.

Using these mats significantly increased the dry time on my strawberries. They were easy to clean so I will still give them 3 stars but the uneven drying they caused makes me hesitant to use them again.
