The vacuum cleaner exceeded all my expectations. It can clean my entire 1600 sqft floor in one charge. It is really good at collecting dirt from the balconies. Being cordless makes a very big impact on convenience. The main fitting has a powered brush which is what makes it so effective on the floor. The other brushes are equally effective at cleaning window channels, dirt under the fridge and microwave, behind the washing machine and even table tops, shelves and TV units. Truely a life changing freedom from brooms and dusters.

Very nice product with decent suction. Can't be nicely used for daily routine cleaning to replace the brooming. Battery is good, i clean 3-4 rooms without battery finishing.

I m writing this review after using it for 1year. Its a good value for money product.Pros: there is no cord, you can take it anywhere in the corner of the house, suction power is good, cleans all cobwebs, sliding doors edges, drawrs, floor mats and carpets, sofas very effectively. You don’t have to clean the bag frequently. Since it is cordless, east to clean your car and 2 wheelers.Only con is that the charging doesn’t stay for long, having said that if it is fully charged i can clean the house ( 1000carpet) at one go.Overall great purchase.

Initially product was working fine.... July 2024 it stopped working and i complained to kent. Kent service person has not visited us.... This is my 2 nd complaint still no response......everytime they ask for video or photo through whatsapp but never resolved issue.....after service is very bad.....

It works excellently and is affordable. I have a pet and this helps clean the floor very efficiently. the light works wonders, I can see his white fur on our white floor.

I purchased it in Aug 2023, my dog bit the adaptor..since December 2023 I am waiting for adaptor to be made available..I am told that it's not available anywhere and there is no TAT available either..so buy it as it does what it's supposed to do..but don't expect any spare parts to be made available..use and throw product

Having a toddler, quick clean-ups are very necessary around my house. I researched all types of Vacuum cleaners, corded, cordless, etc. Watched all youtube comparison videos etc.. I borrowed a dry/wet Eureka Forbes Vaccum from a friend and decided i would never buy a corded one. But the question remained which cordless one. The ones with the longest battery life, good suction and big bin capacity were close to 15k. But took a chance to buy this Kent vacuum in July 2024, and I have not regretted it yet.1. Honestly, the bin capacity doesnt matter at all, so remove it from the parameters list, coz u wont need a big bin for daily cleaning. Only if ur gonna clean a house that hasnt been cleaned in decades.2. Secondly, suction power, is also not very important if ur looking at good hardwood or tiled floors. We dont have carpets.3. Thirdly, the battery life is not an issue for me as it takes less than 10 mins to finish cleaning and it goes back to its place and i charge it once in 5 days. I havent NEEDED the level 2 and level 3 suctions much for floor cleaning, may be for vacuuming the mattress or windows/crevices yes. So doesnt consume much battery.And the best part is, cleaning is not a chore anymore, its fun. With a big corded vacuum, its gonna be a chore just to unpack and pack that stuff.Overall, very happy with my Kent vacuum.
