A: It a one year warranty. Once I register the product it extended to a half year warranty and I got a 20 gift voucher on amazon. Super awesome

**Q: I would like to use this with my RV's outdoor kitchen, can i leave it outside.?**
A: I rented an RV last summer and they had an ice maker in the outside kitchen. She said it’s been there for years. (During summer season). Just have to be smart about it.

A: Our machine stop working 8/11/21, we bought it mid June, 2 months ago. Following instructions in User Manual we called the telephone number listed in book and on their website. It is no longer connected & We have received no reply to email. BEWARE!
