Heavy-duty
It has assistance with raising and lowering. If you aren't very strong don't worry about folding it up or dropping it down. It slowly lowers down like the no-slam toilet seats have. It is heavy. It is about 380 ish pounds in the packaging. Easy to put together however some of the obsolete small screws that hold non-important plastic down were mis-aligned. NOT something I'd expect from a machine at this price point where you only have to put in like 20 screws. I just left them out. Thing is solid. Coming from a 380$ 10-year-old treadmill that had a little bounce to it this is like running on cement. I enjoy trail running because of the slight cushioning. Helps avoid shin-splints and such. Did a usual 7 mile run on this thing first use and for the next 2 days felt like my calve muscles had torn from my shins. It will definitely take some getting used to.Speed is more than anyone who isn't full-out sprinting should ever need. Height adjuster is kinda slow but works well.I use with ZWIFT. Works well. It saves workouts and progress. Can store multiple users stuff and you can password protect. DOES NOT REQUIRE SUBSCRIPTION like some treadmills do which is a HUGE PLUS!!I'm already paying for ZWIFT, and don't want another payment on top of that. This doesn't make you sign up and cancel or anything like that. Nice! I let others use the machine too and they have no complaints. Also, LOVE the paddle speed adjusters so you can just smack them a few times to adjust while running. Hated on my old treadmill having to accurately push a small + or - . This has big paddles you can just hit a few times to adjust. HR monitors took some time to gain accuracy but they are fairly accurate now. I use a polar chest strap HR monitor but the treadmill is pretty neck-and-neck with it. Tiny fans work I guess but I just use a large room fan pointed at me.Overall, very happy with the purchase and have no complaints so far. Just don't expect much bounce at all if you are coming from a treadmill that had some.

Great quality, basic tech
One year in-This treadmill is great. It’s not high tech, but it is a quality machine. The only negative that I have experienced is that the distance/speed doesn’t seem to be calibrated accurately. My Apple Watch consistently records my workouts as longer distances and higher speeds than the treadmill does. It’s not a huge difference at shorter distances, but it adds up at longer ones. Ex: at 1.5 miles on treadmill, watch will say 1.57. By the time treadmill is at 3 miles, watch is recording 3.5. At first, I thought it was the Watch that was off in estimations, but when comparing stats with outdoor runs, across months of workouts, I believe it’s the machine that’s off. It doesn’t really bother me though because the treadmill works great and is perfect in every other way for my uses. I just take the treadmill distance and speeds with a grain of salt and rely on my watch. My thoughts when selecting this machine: I wanted the best quality treadmill motor and a full size platform, without paying for extra technology. I looked at lots of brands and decided that I didn’t want to pay more for an interactive screen and then be locked into a subscription type service when I already have an iPad and can be free to download running apps if I choose. The tablet holder works perfectly for this, and the other option of laying it lower on the console to be able to interact with an app works too.The treadmill is quiet and runs smoothly. I don’t use the speakers though, they are not loud enough when the machine is running at faster speeds, but I prefer to use headphones anyways.Overall, this was a great purchase. It’s solidly built and it doesn’t feel flimsy. It feels like a gym treadmill and does the job I need it to.

Glad I finally got it!
Good treadmill!Highly recommend you be sure to have strong people to move it. It really needs 2 people at the motor side, since pretty much all the weight is within that.So far all is great - I will say I must have too much connected to my WiFi, I couldn't stream shows directly from the treadmill, they kept glitching live - but I was able to download on Prime & able to watch from that, but I ended up just installing the tablet holder and use my tablet to watch shows. As some reviews indicated, the speed of changing speed/incline is SLOW but I like the new design/buttons and that it charges my phone. The fan is much of a joke, but I think all treadmill fans are.So far I've used it about daily for almost 2 weeks and am very glad I got it. I haven't been able to run yet due to injury, but it's made the ability to walk during winter so great!

Heavy, heavy
This arrived 2 days ago. The freight company wouldn't help me get it into the house so they put it in the garage. I have some moving equipment and decided I could go it alone. I only had to go up one step and then down one step so I was lucky and eventually did it. Once I got it in place and unboxed the assembly was fairly easy. I made a couple mistakes but I blame it on getting old and knowing everything. )) The little hardware kit comes with the tools you will need for assembly (phillips head and 2 allen wrenches. I would advise to have a good magnetic phillips head screwdriver, tho, as a couple of the final steps with the little screws are tricky. But as most assembly projects the first one always takes about 4 times longer that the second one would. Once it is put together it moves around easily folded up (on hard surface floors but maybe a bit more difficult on carpet). I would guess that the assembly alone took me about 2 hours. I could probably do a second one in 30 minutes with a helper. I did it alone but I love a good challenge. If you are not a handyman/woman don't try it alone. I struggled with putting the control monitor on the handlebars by myself. This is a very good quality machine. Better than anything I have seen in the Gyms (5+ years ago). It has all the bells and whistles. The control panels looks very easy to use. The instruction/assembly manual was good but could have added one or two notes that would have made it easier.

Very Impressed
People talked about trying to screw in these two particular screws where your'e basically upside down when you do it. One person said they started the screws first - I should've done that, it would've saved me time.People talked about the fan - yeah, it's totally useless.People talked about speakers - yeah, they are truly horrible. The tablet holder is a neat idea that works very well. The folding action and the wheels are an absolute godsend! So easy to fold/unfold and roll into position! As far as the most important part - the actual treadmill action, it's a 5 star rating for me! As good as a gym without having to go to a gym, which I hate. I'm a big clumsy oaf - 6'2" 260lbs and take up a lot of room. This running deck never feels like it's struggling to take my most aggressive pounding steps. I feel like I can do anything on it without feeling like it's fragile. The belt never slips, which is a first for me. The deck is quite wide, which is great because I struggle with drifting from side to side while running.I had a hard time spending the large chunk of coin on this baby, but have used it as much as 5 days in a row during the COVID and now can't imagine my life without it!100% would buy again!
