I wanted to stop pumping as often as I had been (which was every 3 hours) and I didn't want my milk supply to be hindered. So I thought I'd try these. And before I was just not pumping as often and my supply dropped from 1oz/hr each breast to .7oz/hr. And I wasn't getting engorged even after sleeping 7hours. And I wasn't having any more let downs. Which worried me. Well! After 3 days on this. I'm getting engorged every 3 hours, having let downs every time I think about my son. And I'm pumping more than 1oz/hr each breast! It's gradually going up. I'm SO happy with this product. Has no taste. And you only need to take 2 pills ONCE a day. How easy is that to up your supply?

This is my first review of something on-line - I liked it THAT much. I tried Mother's Tea and didn't notice any changes in my milk supply. I looked into brewer's yeast, but read about an accompanying bad breath problem which led me to try these. I was not given a free bottle in exchange for a review.I struggled with my milk since I first brought my baby home. I was pumping to try to help, but even with pumping a lot of the time I have so little milk my baby won't latch. By the time I was desperate enough to try a 30 dollar bottle of pills, I was down to 2 oz after pumping 45 min. After taking these pills, my milk increased to 5 oz after pumping 45 min! On days I don't take them, there is a difference. After several days of forgetting to take them in the morning, I decided to take them before bed. I actually had to wake my daughter at 6am because I was leaking!Breastfeeding was something I yearned deeply to continue, I am thrilled to have these supplements to help me with this!

I was nervous buying this since so many of the reviews were "paid". I had been struggling to keep my supply up since I started back to work (I'm a nurse and am gone 13+ hours. I took my first capsules last night. This morning my daughter woke up at 4 to eat, I fed her (she ate so much she ended up spitting up a little) and she went back to sleep till 7. At 7 I fed her again and still felt really full so I decided to pump. I got out another 5 1/2 ounces! Usually when I pump at work I get on average 3 oz after not pumping/feeding for 3-4 hours so to get 5.5 after feeding her. . . I'd say this stuff works!

The supplement didn't increase my milk supply. I didn't have a any negative side effects, it was worth a try.

I bought one pack of Rumilia organic capsule after seeing many positive reviews and fact that it is all organic. My milk supply decreases within few weeks of my newborn. So after teying this, it increased a little but not much. I have been taking this for now over 15days and hoping my milk supply increase to feed my almost one month old daughter.

I thought that with all the good reviews that I would be buying a great product, that's why I was willing to pay almost three times as much. After looking at the reviews again, these people were paid and/or given free product to write a positive review. It is definitely not worth it at all, and it did not work for me.

Too expensive they are in my counter thinking about trowing away, not worth the price
