FKD 20 Years of Speed Platinum Bearings

I bought these at a local skate shop. The reason I got these was because the guy told me that both sides had a removable rubber shield. That was what I wanted since I clean my bearings and wanted a bearing that was easy to clean. I originally wanted the pacific flyers but the shop only had the FKD bearings. So I tried these out.Pros: Fast out of the box. ( I haven't ridden them more than once so far. So they are not broken in yet. I'll update. )The shield is supposed to keep dirt out good so we will see.Cons: $20 is a lot for a bearing. I hear that all bearings are the same, which is made highly precise. So all you need is a good lube and easy to clean bearing. And good metal material such as G5 steel that the Pacific Flyers. I have no idea what these are made of.
