A: Yes, as long as the material it is attaching does not deteriorate.

**Q: Would this glue work well for bonding rubber to steel in an outside enviroment**
A: I don't know about outside. I used it for inside use connecting rubber to steel connections .

**Q: can this be reactivated by heat?**
A: Use acetone to thin

**Q: Can you use it on fabric to hold a patch in place**
A: I recommend Fabric Fusion. I use it in my jeans with great success.
