Great LED lights!
2019 Update:Okay 3 years of use and here is my update.First, I still recommend these lights as they are good for the price. The retrofit design is still pretty standard in LEDs, but the clasp hangers to the standard 6" cans are becoming less common in stores. The Newer models of LED lights requires a newer can to attach to, or another fitting. If you have older Pre 2015 cans (can meaning: the aluminum recessed housing) you probably want this clasp hanger design. (The other type has tabs)Next, out of 12 of these that I installed, all worked great, but this year (about 3 years of usage later) 3 have gone out in total. With those odds I would say that these are more of a 5 year LED... not the 30 or 40 year you see advertised on other LED types. Honestly, as LEDs have not even been is use that long in home construction, I am not sure if any of them can honestly claim to really last 40 years, but either way, I would consider these 5 year lights. When I bought these they were advertised as 16 watt 100 watt equivalent, Now they are advertising them as 16 watt 120 equivalent, this seems to be just a marketing change, and as I said ordinally, these are more like a standard 75 watt light. I suggest getting the 5000k (Daylight version) if you want the brightest option out of all of these. When I bought these in 2016 they were still around the same price so you are still paying around 10$ a light. Even though there are a few more cheaper options now, this price still seems pretty good compared to options in Lowes or home depot. As far as dimming and buzzing is concerned, my lights did dim very well and still do with out buzzing. They dim from 100% down to is seems 15%. They don't flicker at all on dim or buzz which is great. The 3 LED's that went out never went dim or buzzed or lost color. Each time, just one day I turned the lights on and one LED did not come on. Each time , Swapped them tp another can to test, and sure enough it was dead. Went to home depot and the Halo brand is what they have that is equivalent to these (same 16 watt, same recess look and clasp hangers), at 24.99 a light its a good reminder that these at 10$ a light are a good deal.... even if you don't get the alleged "40" year use.Original review:These lights work great. They look very nice and I would say they are equivalent to 60-75 watt light bulb, and they are on par bright wise with other 100; watt; equivalent led and fluorescent bulbs. The price if you look around is the best by far comapired to what home depot, lowes, walmart, etc have to offer.Hope that helps!

Works wonderfully. Ordered the 4000k lights and love the whiteness (more of a personal preference). Hate the "yellowish" hue of the original recessed lights. These make the rooms very light and bright.
