Beautiful thread
I bought this hoping it was the color I needed for my project but unfortunately it was not the correct shade I needed. However - this thread color is so very BEAUTIFUL I am keeping it and most definitely will use it in the future. Coats and Clark is always a good purchase. Bonus points for it being packaged very well and clearly labeled - easy to see the exact name and color which is important!Again… this is a very pretty color and quality!

Great thread for its purpose
This thread is little bit thicker and a lot stiffer than regular polyester thread I use for general purpose. It can be used in many situations where regular polyester is used yet you want more strength and don't mind the stiffness. I have not used it on my sewing machine(Yes, it's thin enough to be used on sewing machine) but I have used it for replacing a button and found it far better for that purpose. I'm also planning to use this in Speedy Stitcher(hand sewing tool for lock stitching) and see how it works, since I found the original thread (waxed heavy polyester) came with it is little too thick for the job I use it for and the knot is easy to come undone, I need to melt the end to prevent it from coming loose. This thread seems to be a perfect match with that tool. I'm thinking of getting this type of thread in the bulk in the future but couldn't find it in Amazon. You can find them by Google "Superior Thread upholstery". If you use it a lot, you'll save quite a bit.

Great for sewing the underwire back into your bras every week.
I love underwire bras. I love how they lift and separate. I hate stinky body odor residue left after washing. Hot water washes of 200 degrees or more is the only thing I’ve found that gets stinky BO out. My washer only gives you hot water washes, despite what you select, on the heavy duty selection. It spins the hell out of my bras and so every week I push the wires back into my bras and sew up the new holes with this thread. It holds up immensely better then standard thread. I highly recommend it. Now if only we could 200 degrees hot water on the delicate cycle or select the spin out speed. Perhaps someday an underwire bra will be invented in which you can pull out the underwire before washing and reinstall after washing. Until then I will be using this thread to sew up the holes my washer causes underwire to make in my bras.

Kinda niche…
I’m sure i’m in the minority in terms of what I use this for but it works fantastic to sew my pointe shoes!! Didn’t see any other review mention it but this thread works FANTASTICALLY for sewing your ribbons and such. Did not break even when I was purposely trying to snap it 🤷♀️ if you’ve had trouble with your stitching breaking every now and then, TRY THIS. mwah mwah mwah I LOVE IT <3

Super strong, very easy to use by hand or in machine.
Very strong, yet easy to use. Threads a regular needle on a $59 Brother sewing machine easily. Sewed replacement seats & backs (sling type) on (6) 12 yr old swivel rocking patio chairs using Phifertex Jacquards fabric (highly recommended). 2 spools of this thread, 7 yds of fabric, & 6 cans of Rustoleum Hammered spray paint later patio dining set is like new. Similiar sets are $1900 & up. I love working with this thread. Never jammed up, no broken needles, held consistent proper tension the whole time. Also did a small hand sewing project with it. So easy to use because it has just enough stiffness to it that it tends not to tangle, yet is very manageable. Will use it for many projects like beach bags, outdoor cushions, etc.
