Hydrometer - Triple Scale Hydrometer for Home Brewing - Beer and Wine

It's good and does the job well. 1.000 in water. My only issue is it barely fits in my graduated cylinder so i might need to buy one with more volume compared to my old one. Getting used to the new measurement scale was a bit weird but it's easy. No issues until i break it.

Easy to read because color coded for various sections to see easier, very accurate and good value for money but recommend two because they can break easily and need it to determine specific gravity so doesn’t hurt to have a backup!

I can't speak to the accuracy of this hydrometer other than to say, two hydrometers from the same vendor are producing the same results. The markings are relatively easy to read, and this hydrometer is priced right. Be very careful. I've already broken one. It rolled off the counter to the floor and shattered. Got another one. Learned

Works as it should. Buy two because you will inevitably break one. They're fragile.

My husband seems to go through these quickly but likely not because of poor quality. They are just fragile by nature and carbon handling is advised

I mistook this as a rectal thermometer, oops! Just kidding. These things come in handy when figuring-out your ABV for home-fermenting. (If you remember to use it when your done mixing everything and before the actual fermentation starts.)
