Q: Instead of hard wiring this, can I connect a 220 Volt male plug to this and plug it into my 220 Volt outlet?

It comes with two 110 plugs. I had an electrician look at it, and he advised rewiring our 240 outlet to two 110 outlets instead, which is what we did. It was a bit of a hassle, but I am thrilled with the induction cooktop- it works beautifully.

Q: Is there a temperature control; if so, what are the increments and the range? Is there a temperature indicator on the burner surface? Thanks

I contacted the company directly since the 3 burner unit had conflicting information on the web site and manual. The manual and one place on the web site indicate the temperature is controllable in 10 degree increments, the web site also says 30 degrees in another place. The correct answer it 30 degrees.

Q: What size (in inches) is each burner?

The two on the left are 7" each and the larger on the right is 9". They work great and we found new joy in cooking with it. Also have a separate single induction for the teapot. Love it!

Q: What is the largest pan that can be used and can the two burners on the left be linked together for a grill or griddle?

I have a 12" frying pan that does fine on the larger burner. As for linking the smaller left hand burners together for a griddle....no idea.
