Unfortunately there were issues with about 5 -10 guidebooks in the original printing that we were unaware of until they were shipped. Happily these have been resolved so yes the booklet has been fixed. **Q: Are the typos fixed yet in this current edition, like "beyound" fixed to "beyond"?** A: No. Card #22 in my deck shows "beyound" spelling error. **Q: Are these glossy or matte finish?** A: Starry Beginnings Oracle Cards consists of 44 beautiful cards on 350gsm card stock with a glossy finish for easy shuffling. The galactic pictures are wonderful although not as colorful as in the promo pics. The edges are trimmed in holographic mylar and it's gorgeous to behold. The cards are made of plastic so no concerns about mold, water damage, insects eating them, or age deterioration. The messages are ones of love and encouragement, so very positive. The only problem was the box. The design is the old fashion top half is slightly bigger than the bottom half. In this case the top half is too snug so it is very difficult to come apart. A better design would be the magnetic strip running along the right side of the box. Other than this, I can highly recommend this deck (especially as clarifiers.)
