Good quality, very sturdy
I have had this bench for over a year and a half. I was looking for something that fits the budget, is "sturdy enough", fits in small space and is easy to travel with. I think this bench has fulfilled all of these criterion.Fits the budget: It doesn't break the Bank. At around $70 this is probably one of the cheapest product out there.Good quality: I have had it for over a year and a half and have used it a lot. I have not seen any wear and tear so far.It's not too heavy but still "sturdy enough", if you lean against it (like do single leg hip bridges) it'll probably slide (unlike the benches at gyms), but you can easily work around it by putting it on top of yoga mats.Can easily travel with it: It's not too heavy and I can easily fold it up and fit it in my SUV.

Sturdy enough!
This bench is constructed well, solid and sturdy enough for what I need. I'm 150# female and my bench is for crunches and using small weights, dumbbell, kettle, etc. I can lie down on It comfortably. It shipped quickly, assembled quickly, and for my needs I am pretty sure I will have this for many years. A great addition to my small basement gym. (Seller is USA but product is not.)

the quality of the frame is not very substantial, its very lightweight and feels very cheap the hardware I received was also very cheap, bolts did not go in easy. the holes do not line up on the incline frame, thus making it impossible to quickly adjust the incline during a workout. The reason for this again points to the low quality of the frame, it was either bent somewhere along the way, or there is such poor quality control in producing this unit that this imperfection is overlooked. The unit itself is not sturdy at all, its not a good fit for a normal sized adult. Adjustments take to much time, I would not recommend this bench for anyone.

Not bad but I guess I got what I paid for
Not bad but I guess I got what I paid for. Being a 250 lbs guy and lifting from this bench is showing that the bench is not a very sturdy build. I will need to upgrade before I buy more weight for my home gym.
