Smooth and easy handling
It is just so smooth and quiet. Changing gear is literally effortless. Feel like riding real bike. One complaint is about the instruction manual, which has mistake saying which screw size to use (it is for the wheel, Save you some valuable time if you read this part I wrote). Also the x-bar installation isn’t easy. But once you finally make all the pieces fit in places it is a beauty.

Great bike
Spin class is hard to get into with anyone's busy schedule. So this is my answer. I use the the Peloton app and sweat my buns off at home. Its quiet and only takes up a little floor space

Design Flaw
We purchased this bike back in January 2018. When we were putting the bike together, my husband thought the cable that attached to the computer was placed in a problematic place, but we followed directions and assembled the bike. After under a year, the computer started to malfunction. It would reset time and then no longer show the gear unless you brought the handlebars all the way to the right. Now it doesn't show gears, regardless. When I contacted Keiser about the issue, I asked if they had any other customers with the same compliant. They said one. They asked that I open the handlebar casing and see if the issue was the cable. We did and saw that the protective black coating around the cable had been sheared off by the movement of the handle bars. (see attached photos) As we looked at the manual they sent us, we realized that the manual now had the cable running in a completely different place. They had changed the design flaw but never notified anyone who had the bike with the design flaw! I pointed this out over the phone and in emails and got radio silence. Instead, they said they would send me a new cable. Well, we got the new cable but there is no way to replace it without breaking open the computer(see photo), which I don't want to be responsible for. What they should have done was contact everyone who purchased the bikes with the design flaw and sent them a new computer with a new cable.Very disappointing customer service. They don't stand behind the products. They are waiting for each person who purchased a defective bike to fail and contact them individually. And the cable that they send to fix the design flaw is not meant to be replaced by the user!

Love it'!
Love it'!! Smooth riding-- Better than the peloton bike-- do not have the computer in front of me-- Instead-- I can watch whatever I want on The TV and use UTube when I want spin classes or virtual riding!! More $ but worth it!

Top Notch Spin Bike
I researched a good dozen bikes, and about 3 indepth. I've used the Kaiser 6 times now so consider this s preliminary review. Overall it's a great bike with special attention paid to the pedals. They're probably the best in class for spin bikes. Materials are high end, and the machine is very quiet to ride. Adjustments can be a bit of a hassle but not actually difficult to do. I probably set it up 4 ways before I found the right setting. Li!e another reviewer I use the Peleton app. I ordered the Amazon home service it if you're handy if is relatively easy to put together. This purchase is a big commitment but I'm confident that it will last me to the end.
