Review: Cannot be installed in MA but good company and product - We were not able to use this as MA does not allow plumbing products not "listed" on their web site. Plumbing Inspector will not pass it. Worse, this item cannot be returned easily as it has to go back to China. The company gave us a 50% refund and had us keep it. Looking at it I wish we could have installed it! Great product for the price. I had to spend 4 to 5 times to get the same features with a Grohe System that MA will approve. Typical example of over regulation and government overreach. Nanny state here in Taxachusettes.

I would definitely recommend this to any DIY who wants an incredible looking and functioning shower head set when they are done. Just be mindful of the depth of your tile while installing the components but you can cut down the adapters if you have to.

We were not able to use this as MA does not allow plumbing products not "listed" on their web site. Plumbing Inspector will not pass it. Worse, this item cannot be returned easily as it has to go back to China. The company gave us a 50% refund and had us keep it. Looking at it I wish we could have installed it! Very disappointed. Bought this while back and the shower head opened up due to rust. Now I can’t use no more because it splashes over my bathroom. Very poof quality. Tried contact them for a solution no replies.
