**Q: Is there any gas in the tanks ? If not, Do I have to exchange my brand new tanks for old full ones then ????**
A: This item will come with the hoses and torch only. It will not have the blue rack or the tanks.

**Q: Does it come with the regulator and tanks?**
A: It comes with regulators but the tanks have to come from a gas company. So no the tanks are not included
