Great product with excellent service! (AutoTap AT-400)
I purchased this because we don't have a dishwasher, and I was using a lot of water each day washing dishes manually. I shopped around and chose this product because it didn't require a battery. I had considered designing my own, but realized there had to be a vendor out there with an available solution. The AT-400 installation was straightforward, any difficulties I had (and I did have a few) had nothing to do with the product and everything to do with the environment I installed it in...it was just too crowded and old, but the product itself was everything advertised. When I installed it, turned it on, and it worked as expected immediately.I will say, there was one thing I didn't understand, and I couldn't find it in the instructions: How to keep the water on all the time if you wanted to bypass the foot pedal and use it like a regular faucet? I could make it work but didn't know how I was doing it and couldn't reproduce it.I looked on the website and couldn't find anything about it, so I used the "Contact us" link. I sent it this morning (a Sunday) and I got a response back by 5 PM that explained exactly how to do it with a picture included.Excellent product with a five year warranty, and excellent service!

How did I live without this?
Only installed one week, but already not sure how I lived without this — every kitchen needs this. One of the few upgrades I picked for my new kitchen, and I love it. Hopefully holds up over time at this price. Now finding it annoying that I have to manually activate faucet in the bathroom — may have to add there also. Highly recommended addition to your kitchen!

Best part of the house
This contraption is amazing and extremely ingenious. The fact that this is not caught on to every household is incredible. Every person that has come to my house has been so impressed with it. And you’re literally not necessary to turn the water on and off. Very easy if you have messy hands. Basically, if my bratty nephew somehow found a way to break this I would not hesitate to buy it again

The idea is great but! You have to "play" with the faucet ...
The idea is great but! You have to "play" with the faucet until you can use cold water - a very serious waste of water plus the system often shakes. The manufacturer sent a new pedal but we have not yet hire a professional to replace the old one.

Wish this came into my life earlier
I believe every kitchen should have one of these. Super expensive, but worth every penny of saved water and convenience. If it were 30% cheaper, I would not hesitate to buy a second for another sink.

Best invention ever for the kitchen
Not sure why everyone does not have this in their home. We bought a faucet that we liked and our plumber attached the pedal. It’s awesome!!! Seriously you need this in your home.
