Smell and textures look likes an egg

I bought this for my mom as her Christmas present. The bird nest inside arrived crumbled. The quality appeared to be low. My mom said she felt this product didn't affect her body at all after eating this comparing to other brand's.

This is my second time to order Bird Nest product. Very disappointed this time because the proportion is so little compared to the first time..definitly will not order again.
