Great Price And Great Quality
One of the best litters I’ve tried so far. Not too expensive and you get more pounds of litter than other brands that want you to pay $20 for only 12-14lbs. it has no odor. Most litters I use smell bad after only a week of scooping. Also this has low dust and I don’t have as much tracking like other litters. My cat loves it and it’s easy to scoop and clean. Also when I clean the entire litter box , the clumps don’t stick to the bottom as much. Would recommend !!

Success in finding fragrance-free, dust-free clumping litter!
I've been searching for a replacement for my old standby Arm & Hammer unscented multi-cat scoopable litter, which recently has become unbearably dusty. It seems our entire household is sensitive to dust from cat litter, not surprisingly the cats themselves. My goal was to find hypoallergenic fragrance-free, dust-free clumping litter. We have five cats with eight litter boxes for them to choose from. I scoop the boxes daily and completely change out the litter once a month. Here are six results in order of my preference, the first two coming in at a virtual tie! Notes: My cats use the first three brands relatively equally (Cat’s Pride, Boxiecat, Precious Cat). The first five brands clump well without crumbling, but I can’t vouch for the clumping quality of Fresh Step since our cats didn’t even get a chance to try it. Odor control was not a deciding factor for me in these selections. Cat's Pride Fresh & Light Premium Clumping Fragrance Free 5 stars No fragrance, no dust, just right. Success! Fine texture. Advantage over others: exceptionally light weight, multi-color granules that make even the tiniest clumps of urine or fecal matter easy to detect and remove. The unique warm gray granule color is somehow extra appealing and clean looking to me. Featured on an episode of Must Love Cats. Definitely plan to buy again. (Note: I did not purchase this item on Amazon due to the high price here as of Jan. 2014.) Boxiecat Premium Clumping Clay Cat Litter 5 stars Fragrance free, 99.999% dust free, very easy cleanup. Success! I noticed only a minuscule amount of dust in sunlight when removing clumps, but it wasn’t enough to trigger any allergic reaction. Fine texture. Advantage over others: clumps appear near the surface for relatively easy cleanup. Clumps do not end up stuck to the inside bottom of the litter box as in other clumping litters, which often require scraping and extra cleanup efforts. Cat Fancy Editor's Choice 2012 for Best Cat Product of the Year. Definitely plan to buy again. Dr. Elsey's Precious Cat Ultra Premium Clumping Cat Litter 4 stars Fragrance free, at least 99.9% dust free as claimed. My cats like it, but my personal preference is the finer texture of both Cat's Pride Fresh&Light and Boxiecat. And unlike the superior Boxiecat, clumps for Precious Cat often get stuck to the inside bottom surface of the litter box, even with the recommended three-inch depth. Still, this is a definite improvement over Arm & Hammer, not enough dust to trigger allergies, and I would consider buying it again if I hadn't already discovered Cat’s Pride and Boxiecat. Purina Tidy Cats Instant Action 3 stars Slight fragrance and zero dust, but only one of my five cats chooses to use it. My oldest cat is the only one who will use Tidy Cats, which works out well since he doesn’t like sharing his litter box. The unique granules are large, smooth and rounded, so perhaps he likes the feel of this litter on his paws. Fortunately it is dust free and the fragrance is mild and pleasant, so I will continue to buy this brand to keep him happy. Ever Clean Extra Strength Cat Litter with Carbon Plus, Unscented 1 star Dusty enough to trigger sneezing when I scoop out the clumps; emits a subtle but sharp fragrance that causes a burning sensation in my nasal passages. The cats don't seem to mind using it, but I don't feel good about them breathing in the dust and the sharp odor and will not be buying it again. Fresh Step Premium Scoopable Unscented Clumping Cat Litter Multiple Cat Strength 0 stars Extremely dusty, strong odor, triggers allergies. Cats didn’t get a chance to try it. This one turned out to be so dusty and emitted such a strong odor throughout the house, we had to remove the opened box from the house immediately. Triggered allergies for both my husband and me – coughing, headaches, burning sensation in eyes and nasal passages, sneezing. Definitely will not buy again.

Top tier litter
I really like this litter. It had great clumping power and I didn't get any bad smells off of it. Some of the cheaper ones like tidy cats. Don't really hold in that strong cat. Urine smell after even a day of changing it

The best cat litter, if you can afford it
I’ve been using coconut litter for about five years and I don’t know if they’ve change the manufacturing or what but it became really dusty and so I thought I would try clay litter For three weeks I’ve been using Boxiecat and another leading and popular clay litter Both were way better than the coconut even though they’re a lot heavier there just is no dust no tracking, and no odor relative to the coconut Boxiecat came out on top, mainly because at 3 inches the clumps stay 1 to 1 1/2 inches from the bottom of the pan. This means I don’t have to clean the pan as frequently and maybe not at all I’ll see it’s only been three weeks. I’m gonna just top it off and see how it goes and keep it at 3 inches per the instructions. Another feature, although not as critical, was how lightweight it is. For pushing the scoop through the litter it was very easy to do and also since the clumps don’t stick to the bottom which made it easy too. it seems very expensive but when I thought about how much coconut litter I was going through it’s almost going to be the same price. If not, maybe even a little cheaper because I don’t think I’m gonna have to change it out completely every two weeks as I did the coconut. I’ve used clumping litter in the past and went to corn and that was a disaster leaving little foot prints on my black cotton covered couch, so I tried coconut and I thought it was a lot better and I dealt with the small amount of tracking being dark brown. It kind of blended in but one day when I realized how dusty it was, I decided to revisit clumping clay litter. I thought it’s been a while and maybe they’ve improved over the years and I think they have with Boxiecat. I am amazed at how low the dust is how low the tracking is no odor and I like the idea of the probiotics assisting with everything I understand how useful probiotics are and I’ve had great success with them in other situation’s So it’s Boxiecat for me for now. I hope this review is helpful.

BEST LITTER EVER!!
I have two elderly cats who have to go to the bathroom a lot. I buy the unscented litter and I have a subscription now because I NEVER want to run out of this stuff ever again!! Boxie cat is totally revolutionary! I’ve never seen anything like it. Not sure how they do it, but this litter makes the nastiest chore a zillion times easier. Cleaning the cat box has become a new experience. I’ve been “doing” cat boxes all my life and I have never EVER had the Boxie Cat experience before. I’m not exaggerating. It doesn’t become clay-like and stick to the bottom and sides of the box when it’s wet, it clumps beautifully, there’s literally no dust and very little tracking. And it’s soft and it’s clean.! My cats seem pleased with it as well. I’ve written quite a few reviews, but this review is my most sincere. I have never been so pleased with any product I’ve ever bought on Amazon before - it’s worth every penny! it’s like night and day. There is “kitty litter” and then there’s Boxie Cat wow. If you are on the fence about whether or not you should pay more for a bag of sand for cats to do their business in? I hope I’ve convinced you to buy because this stuff is legendary

good product if not for bad packaging
(note: I am comparing it to fresh step and tidy cat which is what I have previously used. I am also using a top entry box, rather than one that has an opening on the side, if that effects anything) Pros - Better at absorbing liquid waste and the clumps do not break apart easily making it a bit easier to scoop. - Does not stuck to the cats paws as much compared to other brands. Of course he still tracks some litter around but I don't believe there is any clay based product out there that eliminate the problem. Odor control and litter fragrance: The kind that I bought doesn't really have any particular fragrance to it, which doesn't really matter to me, all I ask of the litter I buy is that the area around the box doesn't stink. I can't speak for how it performs without a cover on top of the box, but the area around the box doesn't smell bad even if it's been two or more days. When you are getting up in there and cleaning up...well...it's still gonna stink just a bit up close. I can tell it does not stink as badly and it is absorbing the worse of it (assuming the cat does a competent job buring its poo), but there's not any strong fragrance to mask what you do smell. Cons: - The packaging. My god. The packaging is incredibly flimsy. If you are lucky enough to not have any leaks to begin with, I guarantee you will by the second time you top off the box. It's designed to just barely withstand the burden it has to carry and any amount of stress can cause a leak. Have duct tape handy. To open it you tear the corner at the top of the bag, which the packaging specifies you are supposed to fold and reseal using the sticker on the packaging. The sticker doesn't do a great job of this and will most likely stop sticking when you use it the second time. But that's the least of your problems. After the first use it becomes nearly impossible to move the package or pour into the box without it spilling. It gets everywhere. I have to vacuum almost every time. The opening gets wider from the stress of moving the package to the box and then carrying it back. It gets to the point you have to store the package inside of a trashbag so it doesn't spill all over the floor. It's really that bad, holy crap. Just put it in a tub, or a sturdy box, please I beg. I should not have to buy another product to store yours because you couldn't be bothered to come up with something better. Maybe you are trying to be eco friendly, but having packaging that is functional is not optional for messy stuff. Verdict: - Other than the packaging fiasco, while it cost a little more, you are getting the overall better quality that you pay for. So if you aren't content with what you are using, and you don't mind spending a bit more on litter, you might like it. But if what you are using works fine for you and your cat, then there isn't really any reason to pay the extra money. It kind of depends on your priorities. - If you already keep your litter in a storage container of some sort, then it will be mostly a non issue, but if you don't I would advise you to come up with a place to keep it or otherwise learn the hard way. The only reason I put up with it is that I don't want to go back to what I used before, because it is decent stuff.

No smell, lasts longer than other litters
This stuff is AMAZING. My mom has used it for years and always raved about it, but I never tried it myself because it's a bit more expensive than other brands. But after YEARS of struggling with litters that smelled, didn't clump well, were dusty, and needed to be completely replaced after only a couple of days, I just went for it. I love this stuff, and I'm never going back. The previous litter we were using (some brand from Costco, can't remember which one) would clump well at first, but then would start to get all wet and reek after only a couple of days. The more often you scooped it, the worse it got, because you were just spreading that wet little around. Every time the garage door was opened, the whole house stank like the litter box from the smell. The boxie cat has no dust, it clumps beautifully, it stays dry even with daily scooping, and it traps the smell crazy well. Even though it's more expensive than a lot of other litters, I'm finding i can go a lot linger before having to dump and refill the box, so it's ending up pretty much the same cost as the other stuff that needs to be replaced more often. I definitely recommend at least trying the small size to see if you like if you're uncertain about commiting to the price, it's soooo worth it

Will Never Go Back to Any Other Litter
I don’t usually write reviews - but as a first time cat owner I tried SO many litters to get away from that “litter” smell. Like litters have a distinct smell that I could smell on my couch, fabrics, etc. I FINALLY found a cat litter that literally has no scent and works very well and I will never go back. Best cat litter ever.

No dust, no smell
I used to purchase cat litter purchased from the supermarket. It was a clumping litter, but the main complaint was the dust and smell. Whenever cleaning the litter I had a cloud of dust and it was very annoying. Furthermore, the litter was scented and its smell combined with the faeces of the cats was producing a very intense and bad smell. Boxicat, from the other hand, was perfect. The litter does not produce any dust and covers the smells. Highly recommended.

Best cat litter
Best cat litter ever, I’m hooked on it and can never use anything else again. (I was a little annoyed one time it arrived a bit open but it didn’t feel like much got spilled.)

Finally a Litter That Works Consistently
This is the best litter I’ve tried. It clumps tightly, which makes scooping easy and keeps the box clean. The gentle scent is fresh without being overwhelming, and it controls odors better than other brands I’ve used. I also appreciate that it’s low-dust and tracks less around the house. My cats adjusted to it right away and seem comfortable using it. It lasts longer than I expected, making it a good value. I’ll keep repurchasing because it consistently keeps the litter box area fresh and easy to maintain.
