Purchased these LED path lights in February but did not ...
Purchased these LED path lights in February but did not install outside until April after the winter. These lights would not hold a charge and as the spring progressed, they would not stay lit more than an hour. Told too late to return so I was stuck with a very inferior product. I then bought a set at HomeDepot for half the price and they have held a charge all summer for 10 or more hours. Lesson learned for me is avoid purchasing rechargeable products from Amazon. This is the second time in 2016 that I purchased a lithium battery powered product through Amazon where the batteries were not holding a charge. I also was not able to return either product because they were past the 30 day return policy. The other was a Dewalt power drill set. With Amazon, beware you are on your own when it comes to rechargeable battery products.

Looks, light and construction better than others. Some manufacturing defects, but excellent service.
This is now the 3rd set of solar lamps we've purchased in 10 years. These by far have the best light and are the nicest looking of the bunch. The others have lasted between 2-4 years. This set seems to be of slightly higher constriction quality - I expect them to last at least as long as the oldest ones we have.I ordered two packages of these. One of the lights didn't work at all, and another looks like it is defective (the bulb is dangling from the top) and probably won't last long. I contacted the seller and they immediately shipped another box of these - it arrived within just a few days. GREAT SERVICE! I hope they can fix the manufacturing defects, but they certainly make up for it by rapidly replacing what doesn't work.

nice lights
1 of the 6 lights is defective out of the box. It seems to have a loose connection and the clear plastic lantern is cracked. I can't find company information to try getting just the one light replaced. Instead, it seems I must pull up and re-package all six and return to Amazon.I'm happy with the 5 that work-- they look great and give a nice beam of light.EDITED: Highgate contacted me after this review and sent me a new set of lights. They all work! Great customer service! I have noticed a couple of them don't last as long as the others but maybe they don't get as much sunlight during the day and are shaded for too long. I'm hoping that they will all be great with the stronger summer sun to come.

These are the best solar lights I have ever gotten. Definitely worth the cost. It may be more expensive than other plastic ones on amazon, but these are for sure the brightest, and the stainless steel makes them look very nice. The light lasts a long time, in fact, I love them so much I ended up ordering a second set. It's hard to find steel, silver lights and I'm glad I found these. Plus, they're a great value for a set of 6, definitely cheaper than what I could get at Home Depot.

These lights are the best I have every had. Customer service is awesome!!! There was a mistake in the order which I received model number 101 and also model number 102. They told me to just let them know which one I wanted and they would get it right out to me but to keep the wrong box. I want to reorder and I will chalk this up to age 65, I can't remember the model number for the ones I wanted but it came in the smaller box. So if your wonderful customer service can tell me I will reorder another box. I found another project to do. Just wished I knew how to post pictures so I could show how beautiful these look.

Not liking them
Not happy with theses path lights. They where expensive and I ordered 2 sets for $102.00. The batteries that came with them are crap. They are in full sun light all day long and stay lite for maybe 3-4 hours. One of the plastic covers was cracked. We have changed out the batteries with new ones helped a little but one light doesn't come on at all. Was going to order 2 more sets but now have second thoughts.

Decent lights but poor quality and worse customer service
Purchased two sets of these in December 2016. Two of the lights were dead on arrival. I contacted Highgate customer service and told them of the problem, they promised to send two replacements immediately. Fast forward 5 months later: no replacements ever arrived, no word from them and no reply to repeated requests for replacements. In the meantime, two more lights have failed. To be fair, the ones that work look pretty nice, and are actually pretty bright. Unfortunately, a 33% failure rate in the first 5 months is unacceptable. I can't recommend these solar yard lights.

inconsistant lighting
The lights look good, setup easily and provide bright light. However they don't always turn on. Some of the lights go on at night, some don't. If you take off the light from the stand, turn the on/off switch off, then back on, they light right up. The next night they may or may not turn on again. There is no point in having a light sensor if you have to go out every night and manually turn on the lights. As a result I really can not recommend these lights.
