Delicious and Effective
This tea is very delicious. It's hard to explain the flavor, but it easily ranks in my top 5 of favorite teas. The effects are fast and within 30 minutes of drinking this tea I am very relaxed and often times able to fall asleep very quickly. I highly recommend it!I will be buying more of their variety of teas in the near future!

For me it did not work
Even though I made it the way the instructions said it.. it did not work. I was still awake even after 4 hours I drank the tea. So, I do not recommend this tea.

Should come with health warning...stick with camomile
I was still sleepy the next day..I think it affected my blood pressure...made it too low

Got this for my boyfriend to help him get to sleep since he has been having a hard time falling and staying sleep. This did nothing at all for him. He drank it for a few nights straight with no effect. :(

is this product the same as my first order?
my first order of this product was somewhat different on bag identification, it included a white sticker that said valerian root and chamomile, this order didn't. what was the reason for the different ingredients?

Works well but tastes bad
I’ve tried many different sleep aid teas and they have all worked with varying success. This tea worked well enough but the taste was not very good. I don’t expect it to taste amazing but I drank one cup of this and have the rest away. Lots of other teas have similar effects without the horrid taste.
