Awesome little antenna it worked great on my Pofung radio. Although I like it a lot better and is a lot nicer if you are carrying your radio on your hip it will have a little loss in gain. Being so short it does have it's downfall but if convenience is more your concern and do not need to receive or transmit long range than this antenna will do fine. It will be great when it comes time for working out on our property as my previous antenna dug into my side a bit. This antenna is very flexible to so there is no worry of damaging the connector from putting to much sideways pressure on the antenna when doing strenuous work. Overall a great antenna option for close communication. I received this item in exchange for an honest review.

I bought this as a gift for my husband who likes being outdoors hunting, hiking, and camping. II was surprised how small this antenna is. This makes it super portable and being made out of rubber, it is flexible and strong. He said it works It works perfect with his UV5R amateur radio. It doesn't have a very long range but is great for what it is intended for. He said this is a huge improvement from what he had years ago. It doesn't like it would be very sturdy but he said it is and he is tough on things. I was offered this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
