Terrible product, nightmare customer service
The first time that I used the ultra sonic cleaner I noticed that water had leaked onto my desk underneath the unit. After examining the unit I noticed several tiny pin holes in the metal container where all the liquids go, water was leaking into the electrical system. When I reached out to customer service to see if they would replace the item I was met with hostility. I sent them pictures of the punctured holes and they told me that it was my fault and that it was impossible that they had sent me a faulty product. They even went so far as to tell me that I was just trying to rip them off! After emailing back and forth for several days I finally just gave up and ended up throwing the unit away. Harbor Freight has an ultrasonic cleaner, it’s cheaper and I have had no problems with it.
