Does not taste like Ethiopian Sidamo at all.
I've bought Ethiopian Sidamo green coffee from Lindsay Coffee before, and it was everything Ethiopian Sidamo was supposed to be:"coffee best known for its rich, full body (mouthfeel), sweet and complex flavor, low acidity, floral aroma, and an finish that is bright and soft."It was so good, I kept the bag and tried buying it from Lindsay Coffee again. It looks like Lindsay is out of business, and my order was fulfilled by Green Tree Coffee and Tea of Maine. The coffee I've received does not taste like anything with sweet and complex flavor, floral aroma and soft finish. It is perfectly unremarkable if not rather acidic. What a disappointment!

Good beans but
I have been roasting Sidamo beans for many years as I like single source beans. I am concerned that these beans are not very fresh compared with ones from other sources. They should indicate their age.
