Quality and finish on this piece is awesome. Looks great with my carbon shift knob. Install is super easy and there are a couple good tutorials on youtube. The factory one was gross and the rubber was deteriorating so this was a much needed upgrade.

I looked up a video on YouTube for the installation. It did come with written instructions as well. It was a fairly simple install, and I love the look of this trim piece. It is real carbon fiber.
