Love it for feeling well rested and weight management
I can not get enough of this supplement! I have bought multiple bottles and have made it a part of my health routine. For sleep: it doesn’t have the effect of melatonin, where it makes you fall asleep quicker. However, I’ve noticed that no matter what time I fall asleep & how many hours of sleep I get, I wake up feeling well rested. For the weight loss: I’ve lost 5 lbs with no exercise and somewhat healthy eating. I do notice when I stop taking it for a few weeks that I start gaining the weight back.

Helps you fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night and you wake up feeling a bit more cheerful and strangely I have lost about 4 pounds. My daughter who has trouble with insomnia loves it. Made in Utah from home grown herbs.
