We finally got the frame put together and my husband has already seen some results. He sleeps well and has decreased trips to the bathroom. The two missing stars are for the very poor assembly instructions. The parts are not listed, there are too many bolts. Even the video was not very helpful. Keep in mind that many of the people who buy this are old or disabled.

I found the directions to be very clear and managed to assemble it alone, but would recommend two people for ease.

Works very well and wasn't too bad to install, I did it by myself. I went right to the six inch spacers and they didn't bother me at all, I find it very comfortable.
