actually you can chip it
the only reason I gave this 2 stars is for the shine - thats hard to find in any top coat. And once the product is dry, it wont smudge, or get those weird indents/sheet marks.BUT - it does chip. the most I can get out of this product is 2 days without chips. a few things help: putting color on in two thin coats & waiting until its completely dry to apply this to coat. Still 2 days isnt much. Im a busy mom and dont have time every 2 days to do my nails. But its a pretty big bottle for the price (I paid $6.99 at my local beauty store) so still cheaper than a mani
