The media could not be loaded.  My middle back around the kidneys is always worn down by the end of the day. I found this one, that is made specifically for that area, and boy does it hit home. Out of the box, this one is real nice quality, very well made, and targets exactly where the pain and tension is in my lower back. Really easy to use controls, the movement, vibration and heat all together just relaxes the whole back and I actually fell asleep last time, it felt so good. Hard to show how nice this one is with just pics, so I did a video to show. No cons, really nice massager, where I am very happy with the purchase.

This thing doesn't work how it should. I don't think it should cause more pain. So, I returned it for a full refund.
