Not sure for the other part number. **Q: Will this work for my 2004.5 dodge 3500?** A: call wells and ask/dg **Q: What causes it to loose power while driving like youll be going smooth and the rpms drop and cone back its just on and off dont know the problem?** A: I Bought this sensor and a couple months later the check engine light came back on... this was the most expensive sensor of the four so it was last to go in. I had issues with throttle loss of power and improper shifting above 40mph. I finally found an attachment to the computer that reduces signal noise from the alternator which really helped things... for a few months. Ultimately, my check engine light is on again, after my second of these sensors. A little over a year after initial install. FML everything I read up that would fix this has failed. ... yet to do the re wire around alternator. Sorry my experience with this has been severely lacking the hype I read about this part. Two lemons I a row? I calibrated to there specs at .55 which it's dead on between .50 and .60 volts.....Good luck. If you find one that actually works more than nine months let me know thanks.
