Tanaka Heavy Duty Recovery Tow Strap. 30,000 Lb Capacity. Length (3" X 30')

Seller themselves irked me a bit with their multiple emails begging for positive reviews before I even got the product, so I left the proper review for them specifically on their vendor page. The item itself is fine, was packaged well and just this weekend actually came in to use to pull a stuck Jeep out of the mud. Product is sturdy and works fine, but I'd be a little skeptical using it for a full 10k lbs. But for a ~2-3k jeep with another 1k of force for stuck mud, it worked just fine.

I got the 3" by 30' strap with loop ends. Seems well constructed and stitched. Just opened it, and itll be replacing a 15 year old strap thats worn out. May not use it for a year, who knows. 5 stars based on visual and tactile impressions. Should do just fine for reasonable pulls/recoverys. If you're hardcore off road in big holes you aren't looking at these straps anyways....Update, 1ton dually with 15k lbs of trailer was stuck off road in the woods. His rear tires were dug in well. The entire load was easily over 20k lbs and stuck well. The strap didnt have any issue and worked well and shows no strain. For occasional use its a winner 👍

I’ve carried this in my work truck for years I’ve had to use it a number of times on trucks weighing 12,000 pounds it’s worked every time.This is a pull strap do not use it for yanking only steady pulling.

The actual strap (so far) has worked well. The flimsy,weak snaps are a different story.The little "keeper" that is supposed to keep the snap closed,breaks like it is made of butter.Makes it difficult for one person to be able to hook the snap back over the strap,while maintaining pressure. As soon as you turn loose,it lets go. No way to take up the slack.....

I purchased his after I hit the ditch with my van. Put it in my Yukon for safe keeping. The Yukon made friends with the ditch recently used the strap and my van to pul it out I have no reservations about how this strap will perform in the future. Highly reccomend, very good value also.

I slipped slightly into a frozen pond and another truck pulled me out with no issues. Just hooked on appoint ball hitches. I bought 30ft bc it’s always nice to have more length if you need it. Stitching looks decent will update if it breaks later.

Purchased this tow strap fo use in landscaping. This works great for wrapping around large branches, small and medium stumps etc. Can be quickly wrapped and clipped and the process is simple to reverse with out the need for trying to untie knots that have drawn tight. Works great and is extremely well made.

Thankfully have only used this twice and not for my own vehicle, but it proformed great in the situation! I bought this as a replacment for a similar one that snapped. I am still very please over two years later.
