The music on this workout is smooth, upbeat music, but it's a tad bit different from the music you will see on our Youtube videos. For more music like that, purchase your Trilogy DVD also! Xtreme Hip Hop with Phil is a fitness movement created by certified group and personal trainer Phillip Weeden. It features his hit programs, Xtreme Hip Hop, Xtreme Burn and the X30 Challenge. ## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Good Beginners CD
*by J***B on July 19, 2021*

If he could make a beginners CD for seniors 60+ that would be great, I found it kinda hard to keep up. But the workout is great. Now I have a challenge, hopefully I will catch on to the moves soon. I do the workout everyday and will retrack my first statement. Wish the CD could have been out when I was 30 LOL.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent workout
*by L***I on October 20, 2023*

Quick shipping. I like that it is easy enough for beginners, but challenging enough for when I get in better shape. Makes you sweat, but is low impact which is great for older joints.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome!!
*by B***E on December 28, 2024*

Chile when I tell you this video will work you out!! I feel better when i work out with this video. I also see weight loss when I stay on track. I can’t complete the whole video but I will one day! Love it!!!
