i wanted to really love this mug ...but in the most important tests it did not pass...the description states vacum sealed but its not quite there at all ..I primarily wanted it to hold cold drinks and while it did hold ice ..it did not hold the ice for long ( about 2 hours) ...as some reviewers state it did hold boiling water ..but you could still feel the warmth ..and unlike my double wall 30 oz cups ...it did not hold the same way as those do ..which is what i was looking for ...so if you want something like the big cups but does not do the same thing ..then this is a good mug ..but i will keep looking ...

I decided to buy this for work with the intention of also using it when I travel -- so I wanted something that would be of functional size, durable, yet not look out of place at work. This seemed to fit the bill. I've used the mug for a week now to drink hot tea and coffee throughout the day at work and I like how the double insulated stainless steel keeps beverages hot yet feels cool to the touch (even if I don't use the handles). I agree a lid would be nice -- but already had a solution handy as I already have a Forlife brew-in-mug extra fine tea infuser and lid that work nicely with it. (The lid is not a perfect fit -- but there is also no chance it will fall in the mug, so that's good enough for me.) I also tested it with an immersion heater for when I travel and the mug was still comfortable to the touch with the water boiling. I just bought a second one for my husband when we travel -- because I will not be sharing mine!

I love this mug. It's sturdy (but lightweight), and even when it's filled with piping hot liquid, it's not hot to the touch. Sometimes I use the handles. Sometimes I fold them away and just use it without. It looks pretty darn spiffy sitting on my desk--usable, simple, no-muss-no-fuss. If my mug went missing, I'd get another in a heartbeat.

As a mug, it's great. Feels good and does a decent job keeping my coffee warm. Also easy to clean and nice size. The only reasons I take a star off is that the spot welds holding the handles, and the shape of the handles themselves is a little sloppy. Also, my coffee only stays warm marginally longer than it would in a ceramic mug, but that's probably because there's no top. That said, the outside doesn't not get hot, so it's easy to pick this mug up.

These are the best camping coffee mugs ever! They are super light weight and because they are double-walled, they kept the coffee hot for a long time. The collapsable handles made packing them much easier. I had looked at enamel mugs first but couldn't find anything I liked. I am so glad I kept looking. These were great!! I would definitely recommend these to anyone who needs a good camping mug!!

omg!!! I love this mug for the simple fact that it's great for everything coffee, tea, water,whisky,wine, and beer. it's stainless steel!!! and the handles actually collapse. Its sturdy and keeps my drinks at the right temperature.

Great mug! It says its for camping but I use it everyday at home. It keeps the coffee warm, but I love the toughness and ruggedness of the mug. It is thick stainless steel. They did not skimp on quality at all. I've even started drinking bourbon out of it. Its just so cool and heavy and strong. Its a man's mug!

Awesome mug for home and for camping!!! I love this mug because it is a very sturdy but attractive stainless steel design. It has a very rugged but clean look and functions extremely well. I like to use it at home with my Rancilio Silvia expresso machine and as well on camping trips with my Aero Express. Great customer service and a great cup, highly recommended!!
