Pay close attention to how you'd like to attache your strap.
It's alright. The thinner leather straps are too thick to fit underneath my tension screws for a cradle setup and too wide to fit through the strap rings on the banjo. Ended up getting some plastic clips from the hobby store to attache it. Needed a leather punch to punch more holes in the straps to get it adjusted tight enough. I should have read a little closer, says tooled leather. Was expecting hand tooled, not machined. It's comfortable, took a long time to adjust just right. I'll try another style next time.

Enhanced Banjo Picking
My banjo had a synthetic strap that was adjustable but I could not keep it in the right place to play. This leather strap is soft and flexible which gives me the means to keep the banjo on my shoulder in the right position to play. It is somewhat padded which makes it very comfortable playing. Also it is really nice looking.

Banjo Strap
Great strap! I had previously purchased two Long Hollow straps for guitars. This one was for my clawhammer banjo. Attractive design, quality leather, ease in attaching to banjo, and provides a ton of support for a heavy instrument.
