This product functioned for what I needed it for on two separate trips, keeping my dirty laundry separate from my clean laundry. However after a few uses I wanted to wash it. Since it claimed it was waterproof material I didn't see the harm in getting it wet with some cold water and soap. Boy was I wrong... they have lined it with some sort of sticky substance, most likely a 'waterproof spray' rather than actual waterproof material. It started peeling and separating from the bag and now looks like utter garbage as you can tell by the pictures. There is nothing 'Heavy-Duty' or 'Waterproof' about this bag.

Very good travel back - big enough for a pair of shoes on one side and dirty stuff on the other, or for both - very good size for a carry on. Just what I was looking for on business trips.

Absolutely not waterproof. Put wet water shoes inside and in my pack and the bag leaked through all over in 20 minutes. It's going back to Amazon.

Perfect for the traveling person. Instead of having to search for plastic bags or trying to stuff all the dirty laundry in the laundry bags at the hotels, just throw them all in here and zip it up! It truly is water resistant so it would be okay for wet clothes. The only downside to this is that I wish it was bigger. It’s almost the same size as the laundry bags you find in the hotel rooms. I have a family of four so this would probably only fit one of my sons dirty laundry inside of it. Also, it's more durable than a plastic bag that's for sure, but I wouldn't consider it "heavy duty".I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. Ingenious Multipurpose Bag.I am the proud wife of a wild-land fighter. Let me tell you a little about wild-land fire fighters. They basically get dropped off by helicopter or get to hike into a fire in the middle of nowhere where they spend the next 14 days. While on the fire line they spend 16 hours a day digging in the dirt to create a fire line to help contain the fire, hiking to get to another area where a spot fire has started, or crawling through the ashy remains left by the fire looking for any hot spots that my contain embers that could be blown by the wind into unburnt areas starting up yet another blaze. As you can imagine while doing this they get super dirty and super smelly! Hygiene isn’t exactly great on the fire line either. Each fireman gets a bath in a bag to clean up with each day which is essentially a large baby wipe. If they are very lucky and stationed at base camp they may get a couple of minutes in a portable shower to rinse off. While gone for those 14 days the only belongings with them are the one they can carry on their backs. This includes all their bedding and sometimes their meals as well. This leaves little room for clothing. My husband usually packs one change of pants, four or five T-shirts, and multiple changes of socks and underwear. This is why I bought the two sided laundry bag. One side holds a weeks’ worth of large boot socks and underwear. Then as my husband goes throughout the week he can put his dirty, smoky, sweat drenched socks and underwear in the other side while keeping the clean side dry and fresh smelling. Then when he gets home even the bag is washable. My sister has small children that she is potty-training and when she saw this two sided water proof bag she wanted one to keep in the car for accidents. In one pocket she would put a clean out fit for her daughter. The other pocket would be for the “accident clothing”. Then when she got home she could throw the whole thing into the wash. Another amazing use for this two-sided bag is for young girls outfits. As a mom you can put their entire outfit; tops, bottoms, shoes, socks, hair bow, and any accessories, into each pocket. Then each morning when they get up they know where to find their outfit for the day. That way there is no more fights when your daughter come out of her room in the morning proud to show you she has dressed herself, but has failed to notice that she has on a crazy mismatched combination of clothing that is not fit for public view. I used it just the other day when I took my car to the car wash. I put the clean rags in one side and then after drying the outside and wiping out the inside of my car put the wet dirty rags in the other side of the bag. This product claims to be waterproof and holds in moisture from damp rags and clothing pretty well, it does however get damp at the seams if the rags or clothing placed inside are soaking wet. The only thing I would change about this product is the color and size selection. It would be nice if the company would produce bags in a wider variety of sizes and colors. Bought this for a trip I am going on. The bag is very well made and I think it will be a nice replacement for a basic plastic bag.The laundry bag is thicker than a plastic bag so dirty clothes shouldn't effect the clean ones in the luggage. I have not used thebags yet but I think it will be a good investment. I did receive a discount for my unbiased opinion.

I got this Yepal Lightweight Heavy-Duty Travel Laundry Bag for my family. This is the perfect laundry bag for when we go our of town. It is lightweight so it will not be an issue adding weight to your luggage. This bag is waterproof so it has ending ways of using it. I mostly use it for our vacation trips but it can be easily use for fishing, school, camping, shopping and much more. It is made with high quality water and tear resistant nylon material. The size is good 13" x 18.5". I love the feature of the sections because it is great for separating your dirty laundry from your clean laundry when travelling too. It also has the zippers and a durable carry handle. I strongly recommend this product. I would have no hesitation buying this item again or as a present for someone!
