The #1 feature I like about these rings is that they open and close easily. Drives me crazy when shower curtain rings are so hard to snap open and shut that I end up hurting my hand.Other features I appreciate about the Homitex rings:- Stay securely closed, so they won't pop open as the shower curtain gets used.- The beads are very shiny and classy-looking. These are nice shower curtain rings. They're made of stainless steel and not the regular plastic kind so they hold it much better and I presume, much longer. The beads at the top help the shower curtain roll open and close easier since the little beads roll. It's not too small for my shower rod (the part that holds the curtains up) so I do not have an issue with it fitting.To open it, you squeeze it. It's not hard to open it for me. It's also just very nice looking. I'm so used to the bulky plastic looking ones because I don't really care how fancy my bathroom is but this has changed my mind. It' adds a nice touch to the little room. They're so nice that they go with any shower curtain really. The rings are very nicely put together. The beads move well and are secured to remain at the top of the rings by little pieces on the side that stick out slightly. The finish is lovely but time will tell if they hold up to the rigors of a VERY humid bathroom. They slide easily on the rod, including over the joint where the pieces are put together.They opened and closed easily but I felt the edge on the bottom portion where the groove is was a tad bit on the sharp side. Not sharp enough to cut a finger but enough to make me file the points with a nail file to rid it of a sharp part I was afraid could create a pull in fabric.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review

This set of shower curtain rings will go with any decor! It comes as a set of 12 stainless steel chrome shower curtain rings. I like that the product states right away that it will not rust! Which was the problem with the last set I got it rusted right away and ruined my nice shower curtain. I really like how easily my shower curtain opens with these the little balls at the top make it literally glide open! Rusted quickly and annoying to put the curtain/liner in/out. If you order these make sure you have a curtain/liner with eyelets or they will tear.
