I ordered this for my husband because he has very sensitive skin and he hates anything that feels greasy or smells girly as he puts it. Tangerine.Now that is alot of ingredients but they are natural and I figured that would not bother his skin and I was right.He said it was not greasy and did not smell girly when he washed his face with it. He said his skin felt clean and tingly and was not irritated. Now I know my husband is good about telling me about what he thinks about a product BUT for me to give a better opinion about the product I decided to try it out for myself...First you only need to use about the size of a pea because it lathers up very well. Second the Ultimate Organic Face wash has a pleasant smell of oranges when you peel them, not overbearing to me at all (not girly). Third the face wash did make my face feel clean and smooth as well, now it is not pulling out blackheads BUT it does help dissolve the oil on my face to help my skin to not produce more and to help dissolve the bacteria in the ones I already have. Last and very IMPORTANT TO ME AND MY HUSBAND IS THAT IT IS CRUELTY FREE!We are both very happy with this fash wash, only problem we have is that HE does not want to share it to much. :)

I purchased this because I have delicate skin that becomes red and blotchy from a lot of cleansers. The ingredients contained in this face wash are all natural and soothing to skin.One pump from included pump is all I need to cleanse my face. The product is somewhat thin but it lathers nicely. The citrus scent is refreshing and not overpowering. My skin felt clean and fresh and all makeup was removed without having to scrub. Rinses away easily and leaves no residue, does not stain my skin or face cloth. My skin is soft and hydrated after washing, and I experienced no redness or blotchiness after using. The texture of my skin is smoother and healthier looking.I feel good using this product on my skin because it is all natural with no harmful chemicals.

I like the product - BUT - it does have an ingredient rated poorly by the ewg.org guys, namely DMAE. So, if you don’t care about natural and safe ingredients, this is great stuff. Great smell, lots of other great ingredients, cleans your face thoroughly and gently.In my case, I DO care. And I am annoyed that the listing on the site lists just a handful of the good ingredients. The full list contains 36 ingredients! Buried in the middle you will find the bad stuff. That’s why the 1 star.I’ll continue shopping for something “clean”.

My acne is starting to clear. I like this cleanser a lot! It's black in color (charcoal), but it lathers white, and smells like oranges (I was thinking it'd be a masculine woodsy smell)! I was worried it would make my face feel dry and cracked, or too oily still, but it actually keeps my face moisturized all day. My husband uses it and likes it, which is good because he normally only likes face wash if it has the scrubbing microbeads in it. We both are noticing how much clearer our faces are! This cleanser actually makes me WANT to wash my face more than once a day because of how it smells and makes my skin feel. This is great for the man in your life, or keep it for yourself!

Update: I contacted the seller to let them know I had to return the product since amazon messed up shipping. The seller was very prompt and kind offering to send me a bottle on the house. I'm very happy with the customer service.I got the second bottle very quickly, it did leak in shipping but I think it's because of having to come air shipping to Hawaii. Original: Came in a huge box with 58lbs of heavy items looks used now, bottle pump is open NO safety seal inside or outside. No plastic no tape no idea if all product is in bottle and sure not risking using open product on my face

Second bottle ordered recently after I loved the first bottle. HOWEVER, as stated by another recent reviewer, almost no charcoal in this bottle, just 95% clear face wash. First bottle and images shown in customer pictures are opaque black liquid. This bottle is transparent, ever so slightly greyish liquid. Paying the premium for charcoal. Lastest bottle a waste of money. Would have bought cetaphil if I didn't want charcoal.
