Somehow I dont think the heating mechanism works very well. it just heated for the first time and the cells dont seem to work...I didnt return since I just use it to keep indian bread/roti instead of using paper towels...I would not recommend buying if your soul purpose is to make sure that it keeps the tortialls warm

Received product did not work...also worried it would start fire.

I was extremely disappointed with my purchase. It only functioned once, then the gel inside got hard and crystallized. I tried refrigerating it to reset it like the instructions said, but that did not work. I should have bought the original Tortilla Oven.
