Very comfortable and well hidden under clothes. Fits iPhone 6 well along with key, credit card and cash. Great for hiking and no backache at all, very slim and lays flat. Will use it for travel as well.Great product and no jiggle when running or walking

This Total Fitness Gear running and sports belt has become a new favorite accessory, whether I am working out, or just need an extra pocket in my outfit.Pros: It has both elastic and a buckle to secure it in place.Large enough to fit any phone on the market WITH phone case.Also, can fit money, credit cards, passport, ID, earbuds, music player, small snacks, etc.Has a breathable mesh-like material that helps prevent it from getting too hot and sweaty.Very comfortable,Cons: Takes a minute or two to adjust elastic to make for a bigger or smaller fit.Personally, I ordered the smallest size, and while I am able to adjust it to fit, it slides out of position rather quickly, requiring me to re-position often. No loop/hook for keys or ring. Due to the size of the opening, some items make bounce around slightly more with this belt than other belts that are very snug fit on the phoneDespite the cons listed, I still give the belt five stars. It is comfortable, and convenient to use. Now, I don't need to worry where to put my phone or keys whenever I'm outside especially if I'm wearing pants without pockets in it. This has always been my problem ever since and holding it while running is really that ideal for me, not to mention, every distracting.Putting my things on my pockets is not ideal because I lost my house key once when I went for a jog. It turns out that the pocket where I put it is not that deep so I think I dropped it somewhere and unfortunately for me, I never found it again. So, every time I go for a jog or run, I put my hands inside my pocket where I put my keys or phone on in order not to lose or drop any of it again. But with this product, my problem is finally solved! Not only it is wearable, but it also has a zipper on it so it will surely secure your things! This is a good running belt. It is essentially a version of a modern fanny bag. The belt is adjustable depending on the waist you have, and it can hold your phone, or music player. The pocket at the front is large enough for a few credit cards, even some snacks and change. If you get thirsty while running, you can stop by, and get a drink. I think this is a basic belt, but with all the functions of a typical fanny bag. Parts of this belt are actually made of stretch fabric, except for the pocket itself that is not stretchable.This is a good basic running belt, it has no frills other than 1 pocket, but is made to last, and will not fall apart or tear easily - the quality is pretty good, and it is so easy to wash.Sample was provided free of charge for testing and a review.

I definitely prefer this to my arm band. I can carry my keys, and any identification cards inside the surprisingly roomy pocket. I was worried it would feel too bulky, but I almost forgot I was wearing it with how comfortable it was.
