Book is very short and should be advertised as more of a handbook. Concepts are good but don’t go into any real depth and it is written in such a way that it’s obvious it was translated from another language. Book was just ok.

The author has beautifully explained and differentiated tantric massage from tantric sex and tantric touching in order to use the correct terms when the time comes. I suspect that this item has a lot of fake positive reviews because it is, quite frankly, terrible. Very little useful information on actual techniques, and what there is could easily be gleaned for free on the internet with a quick google search. It is poorly written and has lots of typos. Oh, and about half of the book is devoted to anal sex - so if that's not your thing, keep looking (and save your money).
