Love this supplement. I take two at night along with Vimergy melatonin, and it really helps my sleep. Plus, I love Vimergy supplements because they are so pure and clean.

Wasn’t a good substitute for the medication
This is tricky but if you have a negative reaction to the medication gabapentin you may also have a reaction to this. I tried this supplement as a natural form of gabapentin since the medication didn’t do well for me. But the supplement reacted the same. I’m sure this is fine for ppl otherwise. The bottle was nice and pills seem of consistent size and variety. Easy to take. Expensive and hard to tell the quality of supplements in general.

Great supplement for night time
I take one before bed everynight i use most of the vimergy line and have never had a problem always great quality.. if im feeling a bit anxious i will take one of these and one of the vimergy magnesium glycinate about an hour before bed and it really helps relax. Anytime i have to stay out of town i always bring them with me
