Taki gives that "it's missing something" flavor to your casseroles etc.
There is salt to the taste but just sprinkle a little bit and amazing flavor enhancement occurs without the salt being an issue. Also it has a slightly sweet flavor which is great, crazy that there isn't sugar added because it almost tastes like it! I've tried others like McCormick ( soooo salty, and very bitter) and this Taki version is the best so far, slightly sweet, no bitterness, gives that "it's missing something" rounded out flavor to your casseroles etc.
