Review: Remember, remember, remember... - This is a great product with the warmer. It helps to keep the wipes moist and warm. At first I thought it was just a luxury product and I would only get it if I had extra money. But when I brought home my baby and felt how cold the wipes are, you bet it became a necessity. I know I wouldn't want a cold wipe down there after being warm and cozy. And a baby's nervous system is extra sensitive so it must be extra harsh on her. But you have to follow the directions. It says to wet it every week and it would last 3 months but when you have a newborn, and it's your first, it can easily slip your mind. I even wrote it on the calendar to remind myself but how many times did I actually look at the calendar? Not enough apparently. I had let it dry out. It got brown and was beyond saving so I had to change it after a month. So now I made it a habit to just wet it every time I put in a new pack even though it hasn't been a week yet. That way I don't forget to do it and I don't dry out a second one.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the purpose of tiptop pillow and where is it placed? Does it need to be replaced?**
A: TipTop pillow is used, particularly in the EVO model, to help keep the top wipes moist as they are not sealed into the warmer, airtight. If it is not saturated at all times, I find it hard to believe the top wipes would remain moist as they are exposed to air because the second lid on the EVO model does not have an airtight gasket.

Yes, the tip top pillow needs to be replaced, I believe at the same frequency as the EverFresh pillow does.

**Q: Can I use the pillows without a case?**
A: Yes, the wipes would just sit on too of the pillows

**Q: Is this the correct product for use with reusable wipes in the Warmies warmer, as well? If not, where can I find the correct product?**
A: You can use any regular type of wet wipes in the warmer...my daughter LOVES this warmer and the "pillow" continuously keeps the wipes nice and warm for the little one! M. Bacon
