Apollo V2 LED (True Output G700+ Lumen) 2000x Zoom Five Mode Professional Military Flashlight

This flashlight is built pretty well. The construction is solid. Zoom is smooth and doesn't catch. The problem I have with this light is not of construction quality, as I said that is superb. It's the actual light output. It doesn't seem like 700 lumens, and I've verified current draw with it as well. It's drawing only 600 miliamps on high. The very best XM-L2 diode, U4 bin at 700 miliamps is 386-409 lumens, a far cry from 700.So in a nutshell, this products overall functionality is a bit disappointing as I have lights that are cheaper than this G700, and they are brighter. A generic Zoomie SK98 with an XM-L2 U4 1C. Photo attached, the left light is said flashlight being sold. The right light is my SK98 Zoomie. Both lights are running off of fresh Tenergy 2600mah 18650 protected cells, running on max output. The SK98 is using a Cree XM-L2 U4 1C LED with the stock generic driver. It is a real 700 lumens, drawing 1.3amps, as what this G700 would need to be doing to achieve 700 lumens output. 600mah = 400 tops on the U4 if it even has that.

This is a good quality flashlight which is quite bright, but not as bright as the ads lead you to believe. It is compact and easy to carry or store because of the size. The beam is adjustable and goes quite wide, but loses some brightness as you expand the circle. It uses 3 AAA batteries, which are cheap and easy to replace. I would recommend it.

It's a pretty nice flashlight, The adjustable beam is a nice feature. It is not as bright as I was expecting, and it does not have the same copper colored reflector as the flashlight pictured on the product page, but overall it is a pretty nice flashlight.

This flashlight is the real deal. it has the XM-L2 diode which makes this a great buy, i'l be mostly be using this for my weekly night ride since you can adjust the beam pattern to a wide flood. I am running it with 3 AAA batteries but soon i'l will be getting the 18650 battery which will make this a more powerfull flashlight, overall I am pleased with it.
