The "leaves" in the tea I received were almost like powder, at least the majority. Makes that cute "free" diffuser they give you useless as the tea camels right out the holes.

This may work for some people but not for me. Sorry.

Tastes awful, don't buy this.

Love it!!I first have to say, I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened my Amazon package and found the cutest tea infuser!I didn't realized the tea came with it.It just goes to show that this seller is particularly thoughtful about their customers. Not everyone has an infuser at home and it would be disappointing to buy this tea without being able to try it straight away. A cheap silicon infuser probably costs pennies to the seller but it's a really nice touch and I'm sure most customers really appreciate it.Now, in terms of the tea itself, I really like the taste - floral and sweet. I don't have a sweet tooth at all and it's sweet enough for me to drink without sugar or any sweetener. My mom who has a really big sweet tooth likes it with milk and honey.The tea is supposed to make you more zen and relaxed... I have very mixed feelings about that.I'm a very rational person and I just don't do any zen/yoga/meditation/energy transfer or whatever. Unless it's Prozac, I doubt any tea or supplement or whatnot will make me feel more relaxed. On the contrary, to de-stress I go to the gym and workout for hours.Now, funny enough, I have been feeling a lot more relaxed lately even though my job is as stressful as ever.Maybe the tea is working? Maybe I'm learning not to get angry at my annoying clients so much? I guess we'll never know.Anyway, if anything, I would recommend this tea for the taste. Winter is the perfect time for tea. There's nothing better than winding down the end of the night with a comfy blanket and a large cup or two of tea. I just recently discovered loose leaf tea and now it's difficult to go back to bags. While on the venture to find new loose tea, I happened across this. I was torn between getting the relaxation one or the energy one, but I decided on this because of how much I love it right before bed.This came with a small infuser that's strawberry shaped, which is a super cute touch. The infuser is really rubbery and pliable which is different than the one I have which is harder, but I didn't notice any difference. I do like using the free strawberry one, though. The instructions on the tea are very clear and easy to follow. I usually like tea stronger, but that's why I like loose leaf tea so much because I can add as much as I want.The flavor in this is really great. It's light enough to not be overpowering, but the flavor is perfectly pronounced. It's flowery and sweet. I also love that the bag is a zip-lock, because others I've had haven't been and I've had to use a mason jar for it.I overall really love this product and can't wait to purchase more. :)I received this product discounted in exchange for my honest review, but I was in no way compensated or influenced to give any opinion other than my own. I have fallen in love with this brand. My first experience was with their weight loss tea and I recently discovered this.I'm a tea drinker, morning, noon and night. Nothing is better than a warm cup of teaThis Zen blend is deliciously palatable. The chamomile and hibiscus blend well together with a naturally sweet taste and calming effect.You can honestly drink this with no sweetener and enjoy it. I rarely sweeten it and when I do I put a small amount of honey in it.My only complaint is the infuser. The holes are too large and allow tea particles to infiltrate your drink. I prefer to use NY own infuser.I was selected to review this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion. I really love this tea!!! It is my new favorite for the evening. It starts out as aromatherapy with just by opening the bag. Then when you brew it, you get a steamy aromatherapy session, then the taste lives up to the scent. I was given a discount for my review, but I would have reviewed it highly just the same had I purchased it without the discount and I will continue to purchase it.
