BLURRY!! What a disappointment! I looked forward to,this puzzle but the picture was so blurry and dull. It was sent back. I also did not like the fact the pieces have letters on the back so you can group them. Might as week get a bunch of little puzzles. I normally do difficult puzzles, and sometimes think I’ll quit but never do. With cheating on the back I could be tempted and then would kick myself. Ha! I wouldn’t purchase this or any from this same company, no good if you can’t see the picture.

EVEN with the poster right next to it we could not make the borders work and we are very good puzzle solvers. The pieces were badly cut and often did not fit well together even when it was obvious from the design that things should fit together. The letters on the back were AT BEST very inconsistent lose guidelines and trying to use them as a map was a joke. We still managed to get everything BUT the border but the flimsy badly cut ill fitting together pieces, the letters on the back being meaningless and the border pieces all being the same color finally made us give up. I would like my money back but nothing will give me back the time I spent on this shoddy piece of work only for it to amount to nothing.

I bought this for my wife. She asked me to post this review:My husband bought this puzzle for me for Christmas. I loved the picture! But when I opened the box I was shocked at how blurry the pieces looked. Well, try it anyway. Started to separate edge pieces but found straight edges on many inside pieces. Realized edge pieces were all mostly black with bits of brown and gold. No way to distinguish them. Put them aside and start in the middle, but quickly realize pieces can fit where they don't belong! I can usually do a puzzle in two days, but this one took a week. Pieces of similar colors fit together when they should not, then it takes a while to find the one I already used in the wrong place. By the time I got to the edge I was tired of it! I fit some edges pretty well, but the rest I just jammed into empty spots so I could take a picture, then gave up. It is back in the box and ready to return to Amazon. There are several similar puzzles on Amazon, so read the reviews to avoid these issues!

The picture printed on the puzzle pieces is so blurry that it was near impossible to match any of the edge pieces that were mostly black. It looks almost pixelated, like the image resolution was too low and then got zoomed in on too much.Pieces weren’t thin, necessarily, but they were sturdy. If a piece was put together incorrectly, taking them back apart started to separate that layers of the piece.

It's challenging enough. Being blurry just makes it frustrating. I don't even want to finish it. If I do, I'll add a photo. I wouldn't recommend.I finished it. It is very big which is cool. I am adding some pics, one with it sitting on top of my tree hall. The puzzle behind it up there is a big 1000 piece puzzle if that helps show its size. It does look cool when together but the blurriness is still there. From a distance it's not as obvious. I do love it now that it's done. The pieces went l weren't cut completely on all. The outer edge was very difficult to match up due to the blurriness and multiple pieces matched in many spots. I still wouldn't recommend for those issues though.

The art work is so blurry I couldn't tell what anything was. I felt like I was hurting my eyes straining so hard to try and make anything out. I put it back in the box after a week of really trying to work on it and getting almost nowhere. Very disappointed!!

OK, maybe you will think this is cheating, but I am Senior Citizen, which gives me the blessing to do what I want. When the print picture of the puzzle was in “accurate size”, I sorted the pieces and dove in. OK, it was easy to lay the pieces on top of the reality picture. And it was so enjoyably to deal with only 1/6 of the pieces at a time. Beginning at the center with only the pieces for that triangle, it was fabulous, IF YOU BEGIN FROM THE CENTER. Big discovery, the edge pieces are an annoying challenge. LEAVE THEM UNTIL LAST. Was this “cheating”?…NO, when you are 85 years old you get to do whatever you want. And I loved the puzzle.

This was a lot easier than I thought it would be, it took me only about 6-7 hours total to finish it, I finished it in one day. I did follow the directions which tell you to do it over the picture they give you and follow the sections as the pieces are labeled. Would have been harder without doing that so if you’re looking for a challenge that’s what I would suggest doing. It was also smaller than I expected, not 100% sure if it’s actually 1000 pieces but either way it was still fun to put together
