Does the job!
These are super easy to use. they even included a little plastic shovel to make a hole for the stake. They are fairly thin plastic, so that was helpful.I have caught literally hundreds of fungus gnats and after about a week, my household infestation is over. It's a very simple concept, but it works perfectly! I have plenty left over should I need them in the future. The big thing was identifying the type of gnat, then eradicating it was simple. :)

Mostly Effective
It seemed at first that the gnats would just waltz over the sticky area, but after a couple days the traps have caught a couple dozen gnats. Surprisingly effective for a trap w/ no scent or other lure besides the color.

A lot less clapping
I really love these b/c they started working the minute I finished potting them in the soil. It's satisfying to see them stuck on there and they are actually really sticky, like you nudge it and it's gonna stick to you. It's a solid bang for your buck and I pair this with The Katchy *chefs kiss*. It comes with a cute lil shovel but mine broke 1.5 digs in so... but the dual-sided sticky pads work and whenever I run out I'd buy this again.

Bugs' Worst Enemy!
These really catch those pesky bugs! I combined using these in my plants with some beneficial nematodes, and I rarely see any anymore! Highly recommend!

Do the job intended
Easy to use, remove the backing and place into a planter. It is a bit tricky to place without it getting stuck to your fingers… maybe it needs a slight spot at the top to grab it. It does the job trapping annoying gnats and even caught a couple of flys.

Fungus gnat problem
My houseplants have been under attack by fungus gnats. These sticky traps, along with Neem oil, have help tremendously. I'm still working toward total eradication, but am pleased with the progress made using these trips. Stick them into the soil and leave them until they are covered with gnats.

I prefer the ones that can be placed on a stick,
I’ve ordered both kinds, the ones that come with a slim stick that has the option to be hung with a hole in the top, and this option- with a triangle at the bottom to insert into the pot. I found that the bottom insert part is too wide to place in many pots, especially smaller ones. I don’t find that these are as sticky as the others, and i see fewer fungus gnats on these compared to other gnat traps I’ve had.I'm unhappy with these, and will go back to what works for me.
