Made a red chile sauce to accompany sopaipillas. These had great flavor, good quality overall. After ordering them, I was surprised to find a similar sized package of New Mexico chiles (after numerous searches locally) at almost 1/2 the price as these.

The media could not be loaded.  Chiles arrived in perfect condition and look absolutely delicious! Bag was jam packed with these amazing looking chiles, I will definitely be trying out some other ones soon!

Chilies arrived earlier than expected. They were in excellent condition, not broken or too dry. No problems no issue great customer service. I will be trying different productis. I can't wait...

Amazing vendor is dialed in on the best source ever!!! I ordered Ancho Chiles then the next two days, it’s on my door steps. The packaging and the product were sealed to perfection to kept it fresh. I am beyond satisfied the I will explore more of their other products.

Dried out , mummified Chiles. A dry Chile is a very old stale tasteless Chile. Chiles should be like a raisin to be good . I mite as well used sand in my Colorado Chile before these things .
