works ok.haven't figured out how to get it to cut strips though. for now printing 4x6 and using scissors. Also sometimes has paper feed problems/jams easily.Once the jam was so bad I thought I was going to have to take the printer apart or send it to HITI, but able to get jam undone with a pair of needle nose pliers. Sometimes won't synch with the photobooth software and have to open each file up in windows image viewer to print manually a slight hassle but not a big problem. Printed all the error codes HITI has for this and take them with me to events in the case of trouble as it happens pretty often.

Dreaded ADC error after only one day that is a secret only HITI knows how to fix.Called them and have to ship to get fixed.I'll post an update when that is done.

I used this printer straight out of the box without any test prints or any other configuration hassles at all. I just showed up to my help portrait site and about 20 photographers shooting families all day did not have one problem printing out photos and handing them to satisfied customers. Everything was awesome. This is a great hassle free machine.

I have been using this printer for about 6 months for a photo booth business. I have the 510L model that is the exact same without the screen.The pros:Prints FAST 4x6 or 2x6 strips.Print quality is good.Hiti paper is thick and feels sturdy- my customers love their pictures!Easy to change cartridge and paper.Very reasonably priced.The cons:About 40% of my gigs there are printer problems. Just enough to where I'm always stressed out that something "bad" is about to happen, and I can't fully relax as my customers pay good money to have a working photo booth.Mostly paper jamming issues. I thought I was going to have to shut it down completely at a wedding last night, but after 30 "stressful" minutes, finally got it to work again.I have downloaded all of the updates, and it just is not reliable.When it works, it is great! But....
